  1. Computer gaming rig setups were an extremely popular video topic showing the rigs and innovative solutions to cable management, and monitor placement etc. The same idea could be applied to woodworking shop setup tours from micro to macro sizes. Non-professional shops could be interesting.

  2. Finally got around to watching this video, really fun looking at all the different solutions from the US and AUS. Let’s do more please.

  3. If the scraps fit in the door he keeps them, otherwise he throws them away……so he keeps the smaller pieces and throws away the larger? K…..

  4. Rewatching this and remembering how far my shop has come in two years. Also painful to see how rushed I was in making my video! I guess I never thought you’d actually feature my shop 😂

  5. This is really insightful, my shop is 2.8mtsx 4mts (I don’t know how much hot dogs that really is) and this kind of stuff game some ideas to implement in my shop
    Cheers from Mexico

  6. Definitely love seeing videos like this. Been listening to WTO and hope to someday have my own shop. Keep up the great work.

  7. I can’t believe that I missed this video for 5 months 😭, I know I’m late to the party but YES more shop tour video’s!!! As always buddy 💯% 👍 🇬🇧.

  8. Liked it a lot. I’m struggling with layout and storage right now myself. Mostly I see large shops with expensive tools and it’s nice to see smaller diy/hobbyists shops.

  9. Thanks for compiling this list, Marc! I like that all of the shops offered a little something different for folks to relate to and get ideas from. Keep ’em coming!

  10. This was great dude. I’m at Square one with a completely, stupidly, randomly, jampacked, one car garage. I want a woodshop.

  11. Great ideas! I have a 20’ X 24’ garage. When I first began setting up my Garage/Shop/Multipurpose room. My wife said, it has to be neat and no clutter. That was easy I’m neat and tidy. I wish I could included pics because I get a lot of comments and compliments from friends and neighbors. I had the floor epoxy coated. I have the full complement of the usual tools, portable table saw, drill press, belt sander, spindle sander, bandsaw and of course 10” miter saw. And we just had Christmas dinner in the garage.

  12. Great video for folks that need to live with small shops on a budget. I have a "pop up" shop in my garage that I think is very functional and I can still put my cars back in when I’m finished. (also forces me to clean up each time)

  13. I could watch a hour of this. After 25 years I snapped ! Now I am building a whole new layout. Advice is free, I take all I can get !

  14. Yes, by all means more shop tours please. The last one in this one really connected with me because I am planning on building a 12 x 20/24 shop for my backyard. I’m getting lots of ideas on how to lay it out. Thanks for these videos.

  15. I really enjoy seeing others’ small shops. I am setting up some things in my garage and need all the ideas I can get for space saving, and um, money saving. Cuz that’s a big, deep hole that’s so easy to fall into. More please!

  16. Great video. I’m building my small shop in the spring. Sure to local regs I’m limited to a 10×12 shed but I’m going to make it work.

  17. Hey, Great video. I definitely like shop tours, because I’m just starting to need a better plan for my basement shop, which started in a corner and has spread to most of the full basement! This, of course has happened since my husband declared that the garage is “for the cars!” Whoever heard of such nonsense! 😂

  18. I am currently without a shop. I used to do cabinets and custom furniture. I lost my last shop over a year ago. It was at a miracle low price for over 1200 sq ft. .I am transitioning into doing wood sculpting so trying to figure out what I really need. Seeing theses small shops is giving me hope for a new shop soon.
